Designed as a part of the Blue Wings villas project, this contemporary 4-bedroom detached villa allows you to enjoy the magnificent sea view of Kalkan bay from every point of the villa.
The extreme sloping terrain that complicates the structural design of these modern villas was a challenge worth enduring as it also allows all villas to have sea views.
In our teamwork with the architect of the project, we spent days in order to ensure that all building elements, from the first stages of the design to the last, show the highest harmony with the architectural project and do not spoil the aesthetics in any way.
I also provided building inspection services from the construction phase of the project to the occupancy phase.
Villa Spectre, one of the most popular villas in Kalkan upon its completion, is still being rented as a holiday villa.
